How to Watch Combo MeVVah Package Content on Viu

For Phone Number Accounts
There are 4 ways to access Viu:

1. Click the Viu login link in the SMS notification.
2. Go to the Transaction History page and click ‘Open Viu’.
3. Open the Viu app on your mobile phone.
4. Access via the browser link https://www.viu.com/ott/id.

Steps:

1. Click ‘User/Member’, then ‘Sign Up/Login’.
2. Use the same phone number used for purchasing the Combo MeVVah package on Vision+ to log in/register on Viu.
   • If the phone number is already registered with Viu, click ‘Login’, then enter your phone number and valid password.
   • If the phone number is not yet registered, click ‘Sign Up with Phone Number’, enter your phone number, and create a password. An OTP will be sent via SMS. Validate the code to complete registration.
3. To check your package, click ‘My Profile’.
   • Your ‘Viu Premium’ package and its active period will be displayed.
4. You can watch Viu premium content marked with a pink badge on the content thumbnail.

For Email Accounts
There are 4 ways to access Viu:

1. Click the Viu login link in the email notification.

2. Use the same email address used for purchasing the Combo MeVVah package on Vision+ to log in/register on Viu.
   • If the email is already registered with Viu, click ‘Login’, enter your email and valid password. Ensure the email is manually registered with Viu and not through Google login.
   • If the email is not yet registered, manually register by entering the email and creating a password. Do not use Google login.
3. To check your package, click ‘My Profile’.
   • Your ‘Viu Premium’ package and its active period will be displayed.
4. You can watch Viu premium content marked with a pink badge on the content thumbnail.

For Apple ID Accounts
If you used your Apple ID to log in and purchase the Combo MeVVah package on Vision+, ensure the Apple ID username email (e.g., *******@privaterelay.appleid.com) is manually registered with Viu.

Steps:

1. Check your Apple ID username email on Vision+ under Settings > My Account > Username.
2. Use this username email to manually log in/register on Viu. Do not use the Apple ID login.

To check your package:

• Follow the steps above to log in.
• Your ‘Viu Premium’ package and its active period will appear in ‘My Profile’.
• You can watch Viu premium content marked with a pink badge on the content thumbnail.
