Why hasn’t my premium subscription been activated after purchase?

The subscription may take up to 10 minutes to activate. If it hasn’t activated:

  1. On the app, close and reopen the Vision+ app or log out and log back in.
  2. On the website, refresh the page.
  3. If the issue persists, wait 5 minutes and repeat steps 1 or 2.
