Why is my account not becoming a premium user after successfully redeeming the voucher?

If the user has successfully redeemed the voucher but the package has not been activated, you can try the following steps:

  1. If using the Vision+ app, close and restart the app, and/or clear the cache.

  2. If using the website, reload the website.

  3. If the issue persists, wait for about 5 minutes and then repeat steps 1 or 2.

  4. If the issue still occurs, you can contact customer care by providing the transaction proof and the voucher code received.
